حذف حساب TileCalm وبياناتك

الطريقة الأولى: من داخل اللعبة (الأسرع)

1. افتح اللعبة، ومن القائمة الرئيسية اضغط أيقونة الملف الشخصي.
2. اضغط تبويب الإعدادات.
3. اضغط حذف الحساب، ثم اختر نعم، احذف لتأكيد الحذف.
4. إن كان حسابك مرتبطًا بـ Apple فقد يُطلب منك تأكيد الدخول بحساب Apple مرة أخرى ليتم فصله.

الطريقة الثانية: بالبريد الإلكتروني (لمن حذف اللعبة أو لا يستطيع فتحها)

أرسل رسالة إلى binamertech@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف حساب TileCalm»، واذكر فيها:

• اسم اللاعب كما يظهر في اللعبة، وإن أمكن صورة لشاشة الملف الشخصي.
• مزوّد الدخول إن كنتَ ربطتَ حسابك (Apple أو Google) والبريد المرتبط به.

سنراجع الطلب ونحذف الحساب وبياناته خلال 30 يومًا ونؤكد لك بالرد.

ما الذي يُحذف؟

• مستند حسابك: الاسم والصورة الرمزية والنقاط وعدد الانتصارات وسلسلة الأيام والتقدم في المراحل والإنجازات والميداليات وعدد المساعدات.
• حجز اسم المستخدم (يصبح الاسم متاحًا لغيرك).
• حساب الدخول في Firebase Authentication المرتبط بك، وصلاحية الدخول عبر Apple (إلغاؤها).
• تختفي أنت من لوحات الترتيب.

ما الذي قد يبقى؟

• بيانات التحليلات والإعلانات التي تحتفظ بها Google وفق سياستها وفترات الاحتفاظ لديها.
• بلاغات الإساءة التي أُرسلت بحق لاعب، إن وُجدت، قد نحتفظ بها لفترة معقولة لأغراض الأمان.
• ما يلزمنا الاحتفاظ به بموجب القانون، إن وُجد.

الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه، ولا يمكن استرجاع التقدم بعده.

Delete your TileCalm account and data

Developer: BinAmer Games

Option 1: inside the game (fastest)

1. Open the game and tap the Profile icon on the main menu.
2. Tap the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete Account, then Yes, Delete to confirm.
4. If your account is linked to Apple you may be asked to confirm with Apple once more so it can be disconnected.

Option 2: by e-mail (if you uninstalled the game or cannot open it)

Write to binamertech@gmail.com with the subject "TileCalm account deletion" and include:

• Your player name as shown in the game, and a screenshot of your profile screen if you can.
• The sign-in provider if you linked one (Apple or Google) and the e-mail address used with it.

We will review the request and delete the account and its data within 30 days, and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your account document: name, avatar, points, win count, streak, stage progress, achievements, medals and helper counts.
• Your reserved username (the name becomes available to others).
• The linked Firebase Authentication account, and the access granted through Sign in with Apple (revoked).
• You disappear from the rankings.

What may remain

• Analytics and advertising data held by Google, under Google's own retention periods.
• Abuse reports filed against a player, if any, may be kept for a reasonable time for safety purposes.
• Anything we are legally required to keep, if applicable.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; progress cannot be restored afterwards.
